Allow system version in system votes. Discussion about how to make CfVs known: Use comp.lang.forth. A mailing list at forth-ev still works. Also use chat.forth-standard.org, channel Standard. Also put it on the front of forth-standard.org (web site). Announce the CfV system once; anyone interested in CfVs should subscribe to the CfV-announcements channel.
